Remove affiliate commission after refunding invoices

When refunding an invoice upon which commission has been paid to an affiliate, the commission should also be removed. This would need to be recorded in the affiliates commission log, perhaps a negative value, to explain what has happened.
One tricky situation would be how to handle commission removal when the product is one of several items on an invoice and a partial refund is issued for just one product.
