How can we improve WHMCS?

I think there'd be value in setting a default action for Billable Items, if the business always choose Add to Next Invoice, vs Invoice on Next Cron Run.
It'd be good to be able to just have it set as a default in the settings.

I also think it'd be good to have a little bit of logic, billable items can only be entered from the user screen, so it'd be good if you choose Add to Next Invoice, and the system knows that the customer ID doesn't have any recurring products that will generate future invoices, and a warning would be presented that the item may not be added due to no future invoices expected.
