In some cases, we need to allow an existing domain to be registered again. This could be a domain offered on a waiting list. The domain responds to whois requests but isn't really active. It needs to be registered - but this is not possible due to the whois response.
It would be great if we could perform specific checks during ShoppingCartValidateDomain and return a specific value to allow the domain to be registered in WHMCS.
