How can we improve WHMCS?

I have an agreement structure with affiliates where they get a commission for any work I do in the first 6 months with a client. If I could choose a "Time based" commission from the affiliate page so they get paid for any billing for X days, weeks, months of a client's account that would be extremely valuable for me. I have attached a screenshot with a suggested layout.
