How can we improve WHMCS?

Presently, discounts and promotions are applicable only to products and services, product addons, and domains. It seems logical to extend this capability to domain addons as well.

For example, I have wished to provide a discounted rate for domain privacy during the first year to certain clients. However, the current limitation forces me to adjust the price globally, which poses a potential significant loss if numerous users purchase a domain with domain privacy, even if it's not intended for them.
