How can we improve WHMCS?

For recurring billable item, there is no way for me to write my invoice in multiple lines. I would say having the billable items written in multiple is a basic feature for all business who wish to send client for recurring business.

I would need to write in some simple description in my recurring invoice.

- Website scripts & security update
- Optimizing website speed performance
- Website downtime support
- Phone consultation
- All technical support
