How can we improve WHMCS?

Most of WHMCS supports multilingual configuration but we've just noticed that there is no way to translate Mail In Payment or Bank Transfer instructions for clients. So the only way to offer comprehensible instructions for clients for these type of payment methods is by writing bilingual instructions. This is far from being ideal since the rest of the information on the invoice is localised and it takes a lot of space on the HTML version of the invoice. It would be nice to be able to provide translated "instructions" and "names" for each language.
