Keep DNS Zone on automatic termination

It would be handy to have a toggle in the admin settings to be able to keep any DNS zones on automatic termination - this function is currently available when you manually terminate an account, but not available for automatic terminations.
This is handy for clients who have a domain with us / DNS with us but have pointed DNS records elsewhere and do not necessarily want to renew hosting with us, but want to keep the domain with us.

This option would be very usefull for some scenarios where shared hosting use same DNS cluster. In our reality is more secure to keep DNS zone for the domains that are automatic terminated because most of the tima they were migrated to other server node and are still working. So we prefer to deal with cases that the domain is still on the cluster and remove it manualy that have to deal with manualy terminations. I believe that this option is not to dificult to include bacause already exists using WHMCS API. We will apreciate a lot that this could be analised and for sure would be usefull for other sharing hosting companies.

Thank you.

Hi Garth,
Thanks for submitting this idea.

The reason this option is offered on manual terminations is because an operator is able to make a decision about whether the DNS records should be retained. An automated system could not make such an informed decision, so we'd be looking at a blanket always on/off option. It was felt that making this available as an always-on blanked option might cause more problems than it would solve.

If others feel differently, then we'd love to hear that feedback here on the request.
