Fallback to a secondary saved Credit Card when the default card payment fails (Stripe)

Hello,
When the system fails to charge the default credit card, and there's a secondary saved card, why WHMCS don't try to charge the secondary card? (One or two secondary cards are enough when multiple cards are saved)
We hope to see this functionality in WHMCS with the ability to activate/deactivate it from WHMCS settings or from the Stripe module settings if it is not widely available.
