When a client orders a domain transfer, they are asked to provide the EPP Code on the order form.
This field should only be shown for domains with the EPP Code checked under Configuration > System Settings > Domain Pricing.
Currently, if the EPP Code is not set, the form still asks for it but is then removed from the order.
From the client's perspective, they have provided a code, but it is in fact, lost.
It would also be of benefit if the EPP Code were able to be added to the email template Admin -> WHMCS New Order Notification.
