Enhancing TLD & Pricing Sync to Include Fixed Amount and Profit Margin

Current Limitation
As it stands, the WHMCS system allows syncing TLD pricing by either a fixed amount or a profit margin. While each option has its benefits, neither addresses a specific financial challenge that I've experienced, which I believe is shared by many other users.

The Problem
With an ever-increasing range of TLDs available, many come at a low cost. Take, for instance, a TLD with a $2.00 cost price. Applying a profit margin of 10% generates a selling price of $2.20. However, this doesn't account for the payment processor fees. Consequently, users may end up incurring a loss on each sale of these low-cost domains.

Increasing the profit margin to accommodate for these fees will lead to uncompetitive pricing for other, regularly-priced domains.

Proposed Solution
To address this issue, I suggest that WHMCS enhance the TLD & Pricing Sync feature to allow for setting both a fixed price and a profit margin. This way, users can set, for example, a $0.50 fixed fee to cover payment gateway fees, in addition to a 10% profit margin.

Example
TLD Cost Price: $2.00
Fixed Fee: $0.50 (covers payment gateway fees)
Profit Margin: 10%
Selling Price = ($2.00 + $0.50) + 10% of ($2.00 + $0.50)
Selling Price = $2.75

By adopting this approach, WHMCS would provide users the flexibility to set competitive yet profitable pricing for their entire range of domain offerings.

The logic is there so it should be an easy feature to add

Thank You
