How can we improve WHMCS?

Hello.
At this point WHMCS creates an invoice for every order, even if the total payable amount in those invoices are 0. That makes no sense and creates additional issues archiving invoices, paying taxes, etc.

For example, I had to transfer 17 domains from one registrar to other, and new registrar does not charge anything for transferring that particular domai name, but for WHMCS module to work, the invoices are created anyway. So there are 17 invoices added with 0 amount payable on them. So I believe there should be a SELECTABLE OPTION in General Settings - Invoices, to disable invoice creation on orders that are 0, and just go ahead with automatic enabling of the service in question (on WHMCS or module). That would save time, and ease all the tax declaration, because we wont have to archive all those 0 invoices together with normal ones (most governments require to archive all invoices)...

This also could be applied to services like "ID protection", or "Email Forwarding" or "DNS Management" additional services, which some of us would like to include with certain services for free.

Please consider implementing this needed feature.
