Domains which are included in the package also show as free in the order process.

If a web hosting package includes a free domain extension, then this is currently displayed as chargeable in the order process.
This leads to uncertainty among customers and to purchase cancellations.
If the domain is free of charge, then it should also be displayed as free of charge.

The free domain will be discounted when the hosting and domain are all in the cart together. This is because the free domain is conditional upon the qualifying product and billing cycle being selected, so displaying a free domain before the client has added the qualifying product to their cart could be misleading. Therefore the current design errs on the side of caution.
