Please add renewal functionality to orderdomainpricingoverride hook or create a new hook to allow overriding of pricing of domain renewals

WHMCS system has many important parts and this is one of them. I find integrating many elements like this very good. It is quite similar to https://poppyplaytimechapter3.io I hope the web will have more systems
