In our TOS we have a 30 day cancellation notice to be given before the next due date. If the cancellation is received after the 30 days notice, the service will not be cancelled before the next due date.

Example 1:

* The service have the due date 01.08.2024 and is billed yearly
* Client tries to cancel the service less than 30 days before due date on 15.07.2024
* System allows cancelation of service, but cancellation date will be 01.08.2025
* The client is given a notice for when the service will be cancelled

Example 2:
* The service have the due date 01.08.2024 and is billed quarterly
* Client tries to cancel the service less than 30 days before due date on 15.07.2024
* System allows cancelation of service, but cancellation date will be 01.11.2024
* The client is given a notice for when the service will be cancelled

Is it possible to allow WHMCS to handle such windows for cancellation?

Great idea! Implementing a 30-day cancellation notice aligns well with our terms. I believe WHMCS can be set up to manage these cancellation windows effectively, ensuring clarity for clients. https://iogames.games
One of the most remarkable elements of the game Eggy Car is the basic design. The game appears happy and welcoming because of the vibrant and colorful visuals. https://eggycar-free.github.io
