How can we improve WHMCS?

I would like to see ability to customize the filename used during invoice download, including being able to include the hosting and/or client company name. On the hosting provider side, including the client name is helpful to be able to distinguish between invoices when you download multiple invoices across different client accounts. When downloading from the client side it would make sense to include the hosting provider company in the name.
