How can we improve WHMCS?

We've recently decided to add cryptocurrency payments through CoinPayments.net, but are confronted with various challenges.

While this payment method is used and appreciated by some of our current clients, it also opens the door to more fraud and abuse from new orders, as well as some challenges when processing refunds.

To help with the processing of such payments it would be beneficial to us to add a custom field for a wallet address that appears only for the cryptocurrency payment methods. This wallet address would be used for refunds.

With cryptocurrencies having increased adoption and slowly becoming the norm, I think WHMCS should adapt to the challenges that come with transacting with them.
