How can we improve WHMCS?

Would WHMCS make option inside WHMCS to have TAB in Customer Profile that showing that the customer get 1 point against 1 pound paid , after the customer have 100 Points may have the ability to change it with 10 pound to be added on his balance & deducted from next invoice.

features option: let the admin customize the points for each product & how much of point will equal pounds based on admin opinion.
