We might not want to sell some specific domains or not sell hosting accounts for specific domains.

Ability to have a BlackList of domains would be of great help.
As an example, I do not want anyone to purchase hosting for "google.com"

Why? scenarios are many, will let everyone think if a good idea or not.

Action hook 'ShoppingCartValidateDomain' could solve this, but because of CORE-11987 bug this hook does not work as it is intended to work. It always displays the message 'Domain must begin with a letter or number'.
