How can we improve WHMCS?

Currently ordering domains in WHMCS system is a 2 step process. Need module to allow for domain registration and to tie into ENOM account and automate the ordering through ENOM.
Maybe Im not doing this right but I have to manually purchase the domain in my ENOM account?
This way if the customer wants to order/cancel their domain, it should be is switched to "NO RENEW" and or cancelled /transfered etc. Also the ADMIN information should be allowed in WHMS for WHO IS....
