Associate client group discount line items with the relevant product/service

When an invoice includes a "Client Discount" line item, the WHMCS database doesn't record the product/service that the discount is being applied to. Therefore all WHMCS reports are incorrect because they don't factor in the discount. This issue also affects reports and charts of accounts in accounting apps which sync with WHMCS, such as Xero or MYOB.
