Annual Prorata Starting on 1st of next month

Currently, when you order an annual product (with prorata enabled, Prorate Date set to 1 and Charge Next Month set to 1) it prorates backward to the 1st of the existing month then adds 1 year from that date. For me it would be preferable if it was possible to prorate to the 1st of the following month plus add 1 year.
