Currently WHMCS only allow price with just 2 decimals but...

If you need bill with GB used instead TB.

If your price is 10$ / TB , price per GB will be 0,009765625$ (10/1024)

This affect to all product pricing, included metered billing that its our case.

Adding a concrete technical detail that might help this move forward.

We hit this in Usage Billing metric pricing (Configuration > Products/Services > Module Settings > Configure Pricing). We use the official Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud module, whose per-GB storage pricing is defined with 4 decimal places (e.g. 0.0850 EUR/GB). WHMCS silently rounds this to 0.09 on save — a 5-8% deviation on the unit cost, which makes it impossible to match vendor price lists on any metered service priced below 1 cent per unit (storage, backup, bandwidth, etc.).

We checked the schema directly: tblusage_items and tblpricing_bracket already use decimal(19,6) for quantities and brackets, but the bracket price is stored in the shared tblpricing table (type='usage'), whose cycle columns (monthly, quarterly, etc.) are decimal(16,2). So the higher precision already exists elsewhere in the same Usage Billing schema — it's specifically pricing storage that hasn't caught up. WHMCS Overage Billing already supports 4 decimal places for disk/bandwidth costs, so there's internal precedent for this too.

Worth noting there's a separate, newer request covering the same underlying limitation: "support for more decimal places" (https://requests.whmcs.com/idea/support-for-more-decimal-places), currently at 0 votes with no description. If anyone else lands there first, it'd be worth voting here instead (or WHMCS merging the two), so this doesn't keep splitting attention across two identical requests.

This is a low-effort, high-impact fix for anyone reselling metered cloud services. Would be good to see WHMCS product/engineering weigh in after 4 years open.
