Currently, it is not possible to use multiple Stripe accounts on one WHMCS installation. Module duplication is not possible due to the complexity of Stripe Elements.
It would be beneficial to add functionality allowing multiple instances of the Stripe gateway to be activated, each utilising different API credentials.
