Under Consideration

please make a feature allowing to see if customer saw the reply online

like on social engines. It can be useful in some situations.

I know this feature is available client side, as unread shows in bold, however it would be amazing to see it admin side so we know the client has read the support ticket & that could also help with escalation rules such as automatic responses for closing the support ticket.
