Ticketing System should obey RFC 3834 regarding auto-responses
The ticketing system should obey RFC 3834 and not auto-respond to mails coming in that are themselves auto-responses as indicated by the headers:
Outgoing auto-responses should also have the "Auto-Submitted: auto-generated" header set.
This is a RFC so should definitely be implemented plus is a very easy fix.
We recently upset another provider who complained about our ticketing system being faulty due to not obeying this RFC.
