Possibility for Language Variables in Configarray for Modules

I would like to have the possebility to be able to define language strings for
Friendlyname and Description in Configarray for Custom modules. Everything else in admin section is possible to translate, so why shouldnt this also be possible to translate? Should be easy fix. I dont have my hopes up for any if the suggestion I suggest here as you only care about big topics that GET alot of votes, but hopefylly you would start lisening to the smaller suggestion that actually matters even if they are not large in the big picture!
