How can we improve WHMCS?

Can we somehow get an option to approve the emails that are queued to be sent out before they are actually send out?

I am still unsure what emails are sent out and if they have correct info and is correctly translated, so it could be very nice if I could see them and approve them before sending them out.

At least until I know that everything is running correctly and then it can run in auto mode again.

Then I can always set it back to "manual approval" when we are create new things in WHMCS that we are a bit unsure of.
