Knowledge base image upload

Ross Gerring shared this idea 6 years ago
Under Consideration

I'd like to be able to upload images in knowledge base articles, but this doesn't appear possible right now. It appears that the only way to include an image is to reference a URL to an existing image, as opposed to being able to select and upload an image directly into an article.

This would be a time saver.

How many years we need to wait for this "feature"?

Yeah, well, he was not wrong. Its pretty bad that I am paying €1,200 a year for my WHMCS licenses and when I need to post an image, I have to login to a different wordpress install, upload the image there and copy the link and then come back to WHMCS and paste the link into the kb. Its baffling to me they have not fixed this yet. I have been with WHMCS since 2008.

I didn't delete anything;) It is called censorship.

Also @Russ Michaels comment has been deleted -> because he said that we need to wait another 10 years:)

@Martfox, of course you can disagree with me. But please consider why features like this one or https://requests.whmcs.com/topic/multiple-billing-accounts-using-one-login are still "under consideration".

Both of them are very needed but also both of them are less sexy for marketing department than new excellent products in MarketConnect available for selling out of the box (what it's not true becouse integration is still full of technical and logical errors).
