Hide 'Affiliate Emails' Email Preferences option for non-Affiliate clients

The new client "Email Preferences" is WHMCS 7.10 is a welcome new feature, however, the last option "Affiliate Emails" shows for ALL clients.
I think it would make much more sense to have this option show only for clients that are activated as an Affiliate.
Reason being, since upgrading to WHMCS 7.10.x I have had numerous enquiries from clients regarding an Affiliate programme -- but we don't use it! Therefore, it really makes sense to hide this option from non-Affiliate clients.
