Client verification via ID and Selfie particularly for those who order Dedicated Server to avoid abuse orders. I wonder why this functions hasn't been developed by the team!

I'm aware of validation.com offering such a service. Was there another particular service with an API you had in mind to use for this?

I think it can even be on specific accounts if it fails a fraud check, WHMCS gives a prompt to upload secure data before buying the service or something similar to that.
