Add CC / BCC options to ticket replies

I find that I sometimes need to add multiple recipients to support ticket replies, especially when dealing with clients in larger organizations. Having a CC or BCC field would be very useful, I think. Or if I need to copy a specific staff member, this would be handy, too.

I just see this is already available. I saw it mentioned in the documentation, but I couldn't find it. I then realised that it's there, but the field is missing a label. Attaching a screenshot...

Hello Julian,

That is correct - this feature is available. However I've submitted a case with our developers to get the field issue resolved. Thank you for updating us.

Cc field is available. But, the email headers are created bu putting them to the "To" field.

Any fix for that?
