Ability to assign a specific service/product to a ticket.

We need select "related service" when open a new ticket for a user from admin area! Also It's very interesting to able change "Related service" in submited tickets!

This is a must-have feature. As the customer and support will be able to see what product is spoken about in this ticket. As at the moment its a guessing game, unless the support member or customer mentioned it in the ticket.

Hi all,

I'm pleased to advise we are working on the ability for staff to adjust the related service on a support ticket via the admin UI.
