We need select "related service" when open a new ticket for a user from admin area! Also It's very interesting to able change "Related service" in submited tickets!

If this is doable from customer's side when creating a support ticket, then it's only natural that it's present in admin side. I support!

This bug report was raised 2 years ago. I do not see this as a feature request but a bug. Seems admin panel shows tickets against accounts rather than services. Ideally should be both. A "General" ticket and a "Service" ticket.
To have to go to the client support panel and raise a ticket in his name seems a poor quality workaround.So yes, please can this be moved up the priority ladder?
How is this comming WHMCS? Are we getting close to seeing the feature added?

This would be a really good idea because if the user selects the wrong service, or no service at all, then we don't have the ability to tie the ticket to that service in the future. That is a weakness and we should have the ability to do this.
This will be awesome, as the customer and support will be able to see what product is spoken about in this ticket. As at the moment its a guessing game, unless the support member or customer mentioned it in the ticket.
Please implement this for us.
