Ability to assign a specific service/product to a ticket.

Under Consideration

We need select "related service" when open a new ticket for a user from admin area! Also It's very interesting to able change "Related service" in submited tickets!

This would be a really good idea because if the user selects the wrong service, or no service at all, then we don't have the ability to tie the ticket to that service in the future. That is a weakness and we should have the ability to do this.


This will be awesome, as the customer and support will be able to see what product is spoken about in this ticket. As at the moment its a guessing game, unless the support member or customer mentioned it in the ticket.

Please implement this for us.


We need the Related Service in the admin area too.
