Ticket filter to all unanswered tickets

Under Consideration

At present you can select from the following ticket status to show

Flagged

All active

Open

Answered

Customer Reply

On Hold

In Progress

Closed

My request would be to change all active to not show answered tickets or a new filter to only show the following

Flagged

Open

Customer Reply

On Hold

In Progress

Hi,

Thanks for your suggestion. In the meantime you can exclude Answered tickets from the active ticket filter via the Ticket Statuses configuration: https://docs.whmcs.com/Support_Ticket_Statuses
