Staff Roles/Titles

I would like to be able to set Staff Titles in an admin account,

A lot of our staff have different levels of experience (E.g. Level 1 Technical Support, Level 2 Technical Support etc.)

While all their roles are within the Technical Support Role, it would be nice to be able to see that in the account, while that can also be pushed to the client side, for example support tickets, instead of the ticket area showing "{staffname} | Staff" - it could show their title instead of it showing just that they are a staff member...
