Show activity log entry when database email fails
When the email database feature is unable to send the email due to attachment size, there is no log entry generated. The feature simply just stops working. It would be enormously helpful to see this error/failure in the activity log along with all the other database email log entries.
In our case, module debug log was left enabled causing the db table to grow exponentially within a few weeks. This caused the zip database backup file to exceed 20mb email attachment limit. However no log entries were generated as such. it would have been easier to track down an issue easily identified by a log entry.
