Set a default department for each admin
Please add a way to set a default department for each admin.
Let's say an admin is assigned to several departments:
Support department, sales department and accounting department.
The default view of the Support Tickets is with he department is set to any - so he will see the tickets of all the departments he is assigned to.
We would like to change the default view of the Support Tickets so he (or any other admin) will be able to see only one (or more) of the departments (let's say support) - at the tickets list, but to be able to access / filter tickets from all the other departments he is assigned to.
I want to set a different default department per admin - but not to limit or remove all the other departments he is assigned to.
This will omit the need to filter the ticket list every time an admin, that have permission to view tickets from several departments, enter his ticket list to view his own tickets.
Maybe the way to do it is to have the system to save your filter?
Any way - having the option to have access to several departments tickets (not all of the departments) but been able to see in your list only your tickets - is something that will help us a lot.
