Option for one product per cart/order/invoice.

ATHEiST shared this idea 4 years ago
Under Consideration

I would like the ability to only allow one item per cart/order or for it to create seperate order per product.

This will allow me to manually accept/provision per server when somebody wants to order multiple items.

You can choose to mannually accept/provision directly from the product detail page. This is by default when no module is used.

Yes I know but not if there is multiple products in same order, You "accept" all or none.

That's if you click accept, you can still go into each product and process them individually? The way it is now makes it easier, specially if you have modules to process them automatically and that's what WHMCS is all about, automation with support and billing.

Yes I know I can do that. I know I can do them manually, I do. My point is that I would like the option to also accept them separate so I can also accept them prior to manually processing so that they automatically receive a set of emails.

It should send emails automatically when you click accept if you've set it in the product page, however I see where you are coming from.

Yes I know it does but that means I have to accept all the products within the order which brings me back to the whole point of my request.

I want to be able to seperate the products within an order.

Why would you accept each manually when you can accept all together?

I would have thought the reason was obvious considering I already explained?

If a user orders multiple of same product one may be ready to accept sooner than other so I wouldnt want to accept all.
