Multiple email addresses to same dept
Currently each ticket dept can only have a single email address to it. This is very limiting.
Most hosts will have many email addresses for many purposes, which feed into the support system, but which need to be processed differently.
For example, we have an alerts@ address where emails from our monitoring systems go, and we would like these to go into the SUPPORT dept without generating any auto responder, but there is no way to do this. So currently we have to have many different depts, or have the emails handled outside whmcs
So rather than just having depts, it would be better to have "incoming filters or queues", where you can specify an email address, the rules to apply to it, and the dept to assign it to.
