How can we improve WHMCS?

After WHMCS incorporates Advanced client search it were translatable, but this new future we have it only in English version, so this future assumes that everybody should understand English, but sometimes it is not the case, so if would be a must if WHMCS made it translatable again.
Please see print for understanding exact the case. WHMCS is used would wide, so why have this only in English and also before update is was translatable.
