It would be helpful when providing phone support to be able to login to the client's account as the sub-account.

Contacts do not have the ability to login to the client area, however sub-accounts do. To clarify, is this a request for a "Login as sub-account" option?

Staff can access sub-accounts by entering the email address on the login page in the client area. This will log you in as them. The only requisite is that you're logged in to the admin area.
I'd be interested to hear what benefits of adding a login a sub-account link to the admin area would be? Presumably to the client's Contacts tab?
The main reason is we sometimes get calls from clients that are sub-accounts, they will tell us that they can't access cPanel or other WHMCS features via their sub-account. Most of the time it is user error, however, we would like to be able to test it to confirm what is actually happening.
