Link to other ticket in support email reply

Under Consideration

Scenario: Customer submits a support ticket that has some relevance to another ticket they already opened previously.

When replying I want to be able to add a link to the other ticket - e.g.

"this is similar to [url ticket #12345] that you already submitted."

The link would be clickable to the front end of the site where client can login to review that previous ticket.
