Input fields for predefined replies to customize message

You should be able to add {tags} in a predefined reply, where the support operator is required to "fill in the blanks" to make a predefined reply more customized.


Example:

  1. Unfortunately, your service was suspended for using {bwnumber:How much bandwidth?} of bandwidth.
  2. Please check the logs below:
    {log:Please input usage logs}
  3. An invoice of {dollar:Invoice Amount} has been generated which needs to be paid before your service can be restored.




In this example, the support operator would insert the pre-defined reply, and then asked "How much bandwidth?," "Please input usage logs," and "Invoice Amount." Let's say the operator enters "1TB," "Bandwidth usage: 1042GB," and "$5" respectively. The message would end up being:
Unfortunately, your service was suspended for using 1TB of bandwidth.
Please check the logs below:
Bandwidth usage: 1042GB
An invoice of $5 has been generated which needs to be paid before your service can be restored.




This would allow predefined replies to be used quickly without having to edit them to a large degree manually, and would be helpful in saving time.
