Import Inline Attachments when Importing Support Tickets via POP3
When importing support tickets via POP3, WHMCS should import inline graphics attachments in HTML messages just like it imports attached graphics files.
Most clients use HTML formatted e-mail to submit support tickets.
If they just paste a screen capture from the clipboard (inline) into a support request, the image never makes it into the support ticket. This is a frequent cause of friction with clients submitting screenshots with their support requests.
