Ignore incoming autoresponder messages

there's a feature in WHMCS that stops importing tickets if an inbox sends more then X emails in 15 minutes.

How about stopping sending "Support Ticket Not Opened" messages to unregistered emails if they sent us X incoming messages in 15 min too, and this way stopping the autoresponder loop?
