Email Notification settings for main account holder
As it is already available for Clients > Contacts it would be extremely helpful if also for the main account holder we could make Email Notification settings.
Especially with large customers the main account holders usually do not want to be notified or CCed for each action being carried out on their account by a contact or sub user.
E.g. some main account holders might only want to receive the invoices while all other Email Notifications shall be delivered to their appropriate contacts or sub users.
