Display warning in admin area for unauthenticated tickets
For security reasons, the admin interface should display a warning for any tickets imported via email (or opened via the web interface without authentication). For example "WARNING: This ticket was created without authentication, additional security checks may be necessary to verify the customer is who they say they are".
The reason is simple, email addresses can be spoofed etc. I know the support ticket shows "Client" under a Client submitted ticket, however this is also the case when a ticket is imported matching their email address. We need to know for sure when someone has submitted a ticket inside the client area with authentication and when they haven't.
