Define default admin home page per admin role.
My proposal is to have the admin home page more customisable to allow access from one page for the most relevant features to that department for example.
Technical support: Department tickets, Network issues and other relevant information.
Sales Staff: Department tickets. Client search, Client create and other such relevant information.
Billing Staff: Department tickets, Client search, Outstanding invoices, Completed payments etc...
This is something that i think will help us all to promote happy clients and relaxed staff.
