Average Time Response

Hi,

would be nice to have a Average Time Response visible at the client area.

How this works? based on the time response of your support tickets, the system will calculate a Average Time Response. This will let the client know how active your are answering their support tickets and also how long he have to wait before he opens another support ticket for the same subject.

Hi,

don't know about the client side, but there is a new report in the support overview that have a Average Time Response.the problem is that this new overview shows all the department at once, We have several departments that use the ticketing system,but since the information in this section includes all the departments in our company, there is no way to have the same support overview by department...

We need a way to know the average first response time of the support department and sales and so on...

only then you should consider showing this information with your customers...
