Auto-open new ticket for each product/service which contains custom fields info

Under Consideration

We need the ability for new tickets to be opened for each new service/product that's ordered.

Ideally the ability to map certain fields to the ticket subject line too. Tickets opened by auto-release do not contain the kind of information I require.
